SHIPPING + DELIVERY

When will my rental arrive? 

Your rental will arrive on or before your selected delivery date. Once it ships, we'll email you a UPS tracking number so you can follow your package.

When do I ship my items back? 

Drop your rental off at any UPS location on or before the last day of your rental period. Late returns are subject to a $25 late fee.

What if my package is delayed?

We're unable to offer refunds for shipping delays caused by UPS. We recommend choosing a rental period with a little extra buffer time before your event, just in case.

What if my return label is lost or damaged?

No worries! Just email hello@rentsocialcloset.com  and we'll send you a new prepaid label right away.
