Email hello@rentsocialcloset.com with your name and order number and we'll do our best to help! Here's our cancellation policy:

• Shipped rentals: Full refund if canceled 7+ days before your scheduled delivery date.

• Local pickup — 4+ days before: Full refund.

• Local pickup — 2–3 days before: 50% refund.

• Local pickup — less than 2 days before: No refund.

If your rental has already shipped, we're unable to make changes to the order.
