Email hello@rentsocialcloset.com with your name and order number and we'll do our best to help! Here's our cancellation policy:

• Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before your rental start date (your scheduled delivery or pickup date). This applies to both shipped and local pickup rentals.

• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before your rental start date are non-refundable.

If your rental has already shipped, we're unable to make changes to the order.
