1.How does renting from Social Closet work?

Browse our collection, pick your rental dates and size, and choose Ship or Pick Up at checkout. Your dress arrives (or is ready to collect) on or before your rental start date, professionally cleaned and ready to wear. When your rental ends, send it back — no cleaning needed, we handle that.

2.How long can I keep my rental?

Choose a 3-day or 5-day rental at checkout. Your rental period begins on the start date you select on the calendar.

3.How do I return my rental?

Pick Up orders: drop your rental back at our Athens storefront (468 Milledge Ave, Suite 103) by 4:30 PM on the last day of your rental period. Shipped orders: drop it at any UPS location using the prepaid return label by 5:00 PM on the final day, and email a photo of your receipt to shipping@rentsocialcloset.com. Late returns are charged a $25 per day fee.

4.What if I don't love my rental when it arrives?

All rentals are final. We're unable to offer refunds, exchanges, backup sizes, or store credit, so please double-check your size and dates before booking.

Can I extend my rental period?

We don't offer rental extensions. Please choose the 3-day or 5-day option that best fits your event when you book.

Select a delivery date 1–2 days before your event — your rental is sent to arrive on or before your selected rental start date. Shipping is $20 and includes delivery to you plus a prepaid return label.

2.When do I ship my items back?

Drop your rental at any UPS location using the prepaid return label by 5:00 PM on the last day of your rental period, then email a photo of your UPS receipt to shipping@rentsocialcloset.com. Late returns are charged $25 per day.
